Hey there, I’m Sonia!

I’m the woman behind Oasis Holistic Wellness! After spending years battling pain and hormonal chaos (think mood swings, fatigue, and feeling meh 24/7), I finally said, “Enough!” I dove headfirst into the world of holistic health, learning about ways to access ancient wisdom alongside modern science, and transformed my life. Spoiler alert: It worked. Big time.

Now, as a NBC-HWC certified professional health and wellness coach, I’m here to help busy women like you reclaim your energy, balance your hormones, and feel amazing in your own skin. Through personalized coaching, a sprinkle of mindfulness, and strategies that actually work, we’ll make thriving your new normal.
